“Reflejos” takes shape based on three of the great authors of the history of the guitar, Giuliani, Tansman and Ponce, whose identities and musical aesthetics were influenced, at a given time, by three other universal masters of music: Rossini, Scriabin and Schubert. We speak, therefore, of three musicians who saw themselves reflected in their referents, who inspired their creation and, in some way, oriented their paths towards them. The other nexus arises from the romantic aesthetics that, from different prisms, unites the three works that make up the repertoire: Rossiniana No. 1, Op. 119, Variations on a theme by Scriabin and Sonata Romantica, a tribute to Schubert.
